Enrollment Process
The academic year has 1 intake period, every October, while enrollments can take place throughout the year. AKTO’s Admissions Office, in order to make things easier for candidates, completes the entire enrollment process online through a dedicated platform.
- The candidate receives the relevant link from the Admissions Office, which takes them to the platform to complete the 1st stage of their enrollment
- A representative of the Admissions Office contacts the candidate to agree on the Financial Arrangement for tuition payment and to complete the Enrollment Application
- Enrollment is completed upon payment of the tuition, as agreed in the Financial Arrangement

Enrollment Requirements
Candidates for the undergraduate study programmes must hold a Greek Lyceum Leaving Certificate or an equivalent secondary education qualification from abroad, such as an IB Diploma, A levels, or GCSE. Citizens of countries that are not members of the European Union or the Schengen Agreement must obtain a student visa or residence permit before enrolling. For candidates whose native language is not Greek, the language proficiency requirement is level B2.

Tuition & Payment Methods
For enrollments in the 1st year of studies for the 2025/26 academic year, flexible tuition payment methods are available:
- One-off payment of the annual tuition upon enrollment.
Paying the tuition in full entitles students to a discount on the annual amount. - Installment plan, tailored to each student’s needs.

*In the event studies are discontinued for a serious reason, part of the annual tuition may not be due. The student is required to notify AKTO’s Administration in writing, stating the reasons for discontinuation. They are also required to pay any outstanding tuition in accordance with their enrollment application.
Scholarships & Tuition Subsidies
AKTO subsidizes students with scholarships, tuition discounts, or even full subsidies, depending on the enrollment period, available places, and social criteria.

Transfer to AKTO & Admission via Qualifying Exams
At AKTO, we accept applications for transfers and admission via qualifying exams in every enrollment period. The process includes an interview and a presentation of a portfolio from the candidate’s previous academic path. Interested applicants can be admitted to an advanced semester or year of study and complete their studies through AKTO’s programmes.

Enrollment Process
The academic year has two (2) intake periods. The first period concerns the winter semester, starting in October, followed by the start of the spring semester in February. The enrollment period runs until the start of the semester and may be extended, subject to agreement with the School.
- The candidate receives the relevant link from the Admissions Office, which takes them to the platform to complete the 1st stage of their enrollment
- A representative of the Admissions Office contacts the candidate to agree on the Financial Arrangement for tuition payment and to complete the Enrollment Application
- Enrollment is completed upon payment of the tuition, as agreed in the Financial Arrangement

Admission to AKTO’s postgraduate programmes is granted following an interview and portfolio presentation. Once a candidate is accepted, they can begin the enrollment process. AKTO’s Admissions Office, in order to make things easier for candidates, completes the entire enrollment process online through a dedicated platform.

Enrollment Requirements
Candidates for the Postgraduate Study Programmes must hold a Bachelor’s Degree from a University/College. Candidates who do not hold a degree need to have at least 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.

Enrollment
The academic year has two (2) intake periods for Online training programmes, and there are no enrollment requirements. The first academic period begins in October, followed by the second period in February.
At the same time, transfers take place throughout the year.
